A 3-Tool Resistance Workout: Ring, Figure 8 Band, and Flat Band
A small workout set is most useful when each tool has a job. The Pilates ring provides compression and alignment feedback, the figure 8 band suits short upper-body pulls, and the flat band gives you adjustable resistance for larger movements.
The Figure 8 Resistance Band Set with Pilates Ring includes all three formats. The routine below moves from activation to strength and finishes with mobility.

Part 1: Pilates ring activation
Chest press
Hold the ring at chest height and apply gentle inward pressure for eight slow repetitions.
Bridge squeeze
Place the padded handles between the thighs, lift into a bridge, and lower with control for 10 repetitions.
These movements establish steady pressure before you add elastic resistance.
Part 2: Figure 8 upper-body block
Chest pull
Hold one loop in each hand and pull outward at chest height for 10 repetitions.
One-arm row
Secure one loop under a foot and pull the other toward your ribs. Complete eight repetitions per side.

Part 3: Flat-band strength block
Standing squat
Stand on the middle of the band, hold the ends near your shoulders, and complete 8 to 12 squats.
Standing row
Keep the band under both feet, hinge slightly, and draw the ends toward your ribs for 10 repetitions.
Overhead press
From the same standing anchor, press the ends upward only as far as you can keep the ribs down.

Finish with mobility
Hold the flat band wider than shoulder width and perform six slow overhead sweeps. Then hold the Pilates ring in front of you and make gentle side reaches. Finish with relaxed breathing.
How to organize the session
Complete each part once for a short workout or repeat the strength blocks for a longer session. Keep transitions simple: finish all exercises with one tool before picking up the next.
Inspect every component before use. Do not attach the bands to sharp or unstable objects, and never release stretched resistance toward the face.
