How to Use a 10-Loop Stretching Strap for Better Reach and Control
A non-elastic stretching strap does not pull you deeper on its own. Instead, it extends your reach and gives your hands or feet a series of secure positions. That makes it easier to repeat a stretch without wrapping loose fabric around your hands.
The LumaHvn® 75-Inch Non-Elastic Stretching Strap with 10 Loops is especially useful when you want small, measurable adjustments. Move to the next loop only when you can keep your breathing and posture relaxed.

How to choose a loop
For a foot stretch, place the ball of the foot inside one loop and hold a farther loop with each hand. For upper-body work, hold matching loops so both hands are equally spaced. Begin farther away from the foot or body; a closer grip increases the stretch.
1. Supine hamstring stretch
Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other foot inside a loop. Raise the strapped leg until you feel a gentle stretch along the back of the thigh. Keep the leg slightly bent if needed and avoid pulling the hip off the floor.

2. Seated calf stretch
Sit with one leg extended, place the forefoot inside a loop, and gently draw the toes toward you. Keep your chest lifted. The strap should guide the foot, not yank it.
3. Overhead shoulder reach
Hold the strap wider than shoulder width and lift it overhead. Move only as far back as you can without arching your lower back. A wider loop position makes the movement easier.
4. Side-body reach
Hold the strap overhead with both hands and lean slightly to one side. Keep both feet grounded and return to center before changing sides.

Make progress without chasing depth
Hold each position for 20 to 30 seconds while breathing normally. Record which loop you used and how the position felt. Progress can mean smoother breathing or better alignment—not simply reaching a closer loop.
Never use the strap for suspension or as a load-bearing anchor. Stop if you feel sharp, pinching, or radiating discomfort.
